Unions and University of Iowa Hosptial Reach Agreement on Mandatory Flu Shots

Flu shots are no longer mandatory at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, for some employees. The SEIU and AFSCME, which are the unions representing workers at the hospital say they reached an agreement with the hospital to suspend its mandatory flu shot program.
